摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measurement apparatus enabling highly accurate measurement by improving S/N ratio. SOLUTION: In a light-transmission member 17 for convergent light, convex conical parts mutually projected in opposite directions are formed on the both ends thereof, where the external surface of the convex conical part on one end thereof is a light entering surface 17a and the external surface of the convex conical part on the other end is a light outgoing surface 17b. An incident angle in the case of divided parallel light L3 is a critical angleθx when the light of a whole peripheral part is refracted on the light entering surface 17a to be entered into the light outgoing surface 17b. A light-transmission member 19 for diffusion light has a concavity conical part formed on one end thereof, and a convexity conical part formed on the other end. The internal surface of the concavity conical part on one end thereof is a light entering face 19a, and the external surface of the convexity conical part on the other end is a light outgoing surface 19b on the other end. An incident angle in the case of divided parallel light L4 is a critical angleθx when the light of the whole peripheral part is refracted on the light entering surface 19a to be entered into the light outgoing surface 19b.
