PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable local reinforcement of a desired part by laminating a fiber reinforced strengthening foam layer formed by a mechanically foaming method on an fiber reinforced strengthening resin layer (FRP layer) to achieve a higher adhesion with the FRP layer. SOLUTION: At a part A of a body 2, a gel coat layer 21 on the surface thereof is a layer 0.2 mm thick comprising a bisphenol based unsaturated polyester resin colored by a pigment added and an fiber reinforced strengthening resin layer 22 in a second layer is a bisphenol based unsaturated polyester resin layer 1.0 mm thick mixed with a short glass fiber 25 mm long by 30 wt.%. The FRP resin layer thus obtained is reinforced by a lining of an orthophthalate based unsaturated polyester resin foamed layer 31 (0.7 of specific weight) 9 mm thick, formed by the mechanically foaming method, which is mixed with a long glass fiber 10 mm long by 12 wt.%. A part C has a layer 33 in which the specific weight of a foamed layer is given 1.0 by lowering the expansion ratio thereof while the thickness thereof is the same as that of the part A as a strength is required as a corner part. |
