PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through hole formation frame material which can be installed easily and accurately even to the inner surface of the form of a concrete beam where the steel bars are put around and which can be easily transported to the job site and be reusable. SOLUTION: This frame material comprises a pair of fixable stepped short pipes on the inner surface of the reinforced concrete beam and sleeve members which can be easily bent circumferentially but cannot be bent easily in the axial direction; and another feature of the form is that a gap for pulling out the sleeve members is provided in a small diameter portion of a pair of stepped short pipe. And the sleeve members are formed round and inserted to the stepped short pipe fixed to the inner surface of the form and then pulled out from a state where the sleeve members are inserted through at least either a predetermined inner peripheral rope, spiral spring, band-shaped ring, or expansion flexible cylinder, in this way, the sleeve members pulled out are automatically wound around the small diameter portion of the stepped short pipe.
