PURPOSE: A U-shaped side gutter for a construction block is provided to reduce the construction period and to maintain the construction block easily by regulating the drain width according to the inflow of rainwater after cutting the pavement surface of the construction block. CONSTITUTION: A U-shaped side gutter is installed in the inclined surface of a construction block(100) to drain rainwater as the horizontal drain ditch, and composed of a drain block(200) having a square drain groove opened in the upper part and assembling grooves at both sides of the drain groove, a support frame(300) composed of an assembling part and flexibly inserted to the assembling groove of the drain block and a steel grating(400) installed in the upper part of the supporting frame to inflow rainwater from the surface of the construction block and to discharge rainwater to the drain block. The upper width of the drain block is adjusted according to the flow amount of rainwater to treat rainwater around the construction block.
