PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, releasing and stopping water and adjusting the quantity of water by pressing an opening and closing switch with one finger, and fitted with the conventional water pipe device without large remodeling. SOLUTION: A water pipe A2 is provided with a stepping motor A2 composed of a valve A6, a rotor coil A7, a stator coil A8, a bearing A9, a slide switch A10 and a power outlet A60, and further an opening and closing device A12 having an opening and closing switch for operating the valve A is mounted on the stepping motor A.
