<p>PURPOSE: To prevent air pollution due to releasing alkaline amine or the like in the air when flux using water as solvent is used in a spray fluxer. CONSTITUTION: Flux 'f' sprayed from a spray nozzle 13 is applied to a plate to be plated W to perform spray coating. The flux which has not been applied to the plate to be plated is forcibly sucked and discharged from a suction port body 14 opposite to the spray nozzle 13 by a blower 16. In a discharge line 18 thereof, a filter body 21 is interposed and in the filter body 21, a filter medium 24 is obliquely fitted. A neutralizing liquid feed tank 25 is installed to the upper part of the filter medium 24 and is connected with a neutralizing feed pipe 27 through a valve 26 to feed a neutralizing liquid L to the filter medium 24, which is impregnated with it. By the neutralizing liquid in the filter medium 23, waste gas is neutralized to remove alkaline amine or the like from waste gas released in the air. Litmus paper 28 is attached on the filter medium 24 to detect the deterioration of neutralizing capacity by detecting alkalinity of the filter medium 24.</p> |
