PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocker cover eliminating blowing-out of oil by improving the rocker cover equipped with an oil mist separator having a drain pipe to prevent backflow of the oil from a cylinder head side into the oil mist separator through the drain pipe. SOLUTION: The rocker cover is attached to a cylinder head of an engine and is equipped with the oil mist separator having the drain pipe. This rocker cover is characterized in that there is installed on the drain pipe a check valve that is operated by differential pressure between inner pressure in the oil mist separator and inner pressure in the cylinder head and prevents backflow of the oil from the cylinder head side into the oil mist separator.
