<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, a game program and a server allowing a player to be involved in a setting of a game device and to actively participate in the game. <P>SOLUTION: This game machine is provided with a lottery means drawing a lot whether being a win or a failure by receiving that prescribed conditions are satisfied, a display means displaying a plurality of identification information variably/stoppedly displayed by receiving the lottery result by the lottery means, and a win combination setting means which has a win combination overlap prevention function allowing the player to arbitrarily set a plurality of win combinations of the identification information and preventing the set win combination from being overlapped to each other.
