<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately provide a user of an endoscope with an allowance left till a secular change of the endoscope becomes a prescribed degree. <P>SOLUTION: A history information obtaining means 1 obtains information about a use history of the endoscope. An estimating means 2 makes an estimation of a secular change in the endoscope from its use start until the present time based on the information.
