<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-made container for fermented soybean mainly made of paper material for fermented soybean in which a heated press die is not required in use for a pressing work, no crack or no pin-hole is formed at the container even if a corrugated shape is formed at the inner surface of the container and it can be formed into such a shape as one in which the soybean is effectively fermented under its stored state. <P>SOLUTION: In the cup-shaped paper container for fermented soybean, a barrel part and a bottom part are connected to each other, the bottom part is formed into a corrugated shape, or both the bottom part and the barrel part are formed into a corrugated shape. The material to be used is paper or a laminated member using paper as its major substance; a basis weight of the paper is in a range of 50 to 300 g/m<SP>2</SP>; and a rupture elongation of the paper under an environment of humidity of 65% is 10% or more in a vertical direction and also 10% or more in a lateral direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
