PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electromagnetic wave radiation from a wiring board by modifying the layout of signal transmission and signal feedback paths connecting a signal source and a load circuit on the wiring board. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit wiring board has a first conductive path 11 at the middle layer for signal feedback, an opening 13 for conduction at a specified location in the circuit wiring board, a signal source 14 arranged on one surface of the circuit wiring board, a load circuit 15 arranged on the other surface of the circuit wiring board, and a second conductive path 12 for signal transmission running from the signal source 14 to the load circuit 15 through the opening 13. The opening 13 is located so that the area of the first loop constituted of the parts of the first and the second conductive paths 11, 12 which extend from the signal source 14 to the opening 13 is equal to the area of the second loop constituted of the other parts of the first and the second conductive paths 11, 12 which extend from the opening 13 to the load circuit 15, in the cross section and/or in the top and rear surfaces of the circuit wiring board.
