PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure which can be installed by simple operations in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A foundation 20 comprises a plurality of post members 21 whose lengths are individually adjustable depending on roughness of ground in an installation place. This dispenses with the excavation of the ground and the like in foundation work, and shortens working time. A floor frame 30 is arranged on the foundation 20, and a room 40 is formed on the floor frame 30. The room 40 has a wall 60 wherein wall panels 61 are combined together. The wall 60 is equipped with fittings such as a terrace window 63B and an entrance frame 63D. The terrace window 63B is constituted as a terrace window panel 61B wherein the terrace window 63B is constructed into the wall panel 61, and the entrance frame 63D is constituted as a through-frame panel 61D wherein the entrance frame 63D is constructed into the wall panel 61.
