PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide (1) a detergent drived from a natural material and not causing eutrophication and pollution of river water and sea water and a water dispersion suitable for the detergent and to provide (2) a detergent having small surface tension and capable of permeating into a place micro-fabricated into acute angle and to provide (3) a detergent having high cleaning ability. SOLUTION: The water dispersion for cellulose particulate has 0.05-5μm average particle diameter and contains a modified cellulose obtained by hydrophilizing a part or all of cellulose and/or compounding the cellulose with a hydrophilic resin as a main component.
