PURPOSE: Provided is a wet electro-photographic toner composition, which shows a low fixing temperature, and has excellent anti-blocking property, non-adhesiveness, surface damage resistance and anti-elimination property. CONSTITUTION: The wet electro-photographic toner composition comprises: (a) a liquid carrier having a kauri butanol number less than 30 ml; and (b) multiple toner particles dispersed in the liquid carrier. In the toner composition, the toner particles comprise a polymeric binder containing at least one amphipathic copolymer having at least one S(solvation) material part and at least one D(dispersion) material part. Further, at least one of the S material part and the D material part comprises soluble high-Tg monomer residues having a Tg greater than 20 deg.C, wherein the absolute difference between the Hildebrand solubility parameter of the high-Tg monomer and that of the liquid carrier is less than 3MPa1/2, and each D part of the amphipathic copolymer has a Tg of 30 deg.C or more.
