PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surplice ring having light weight, while the ring is made of metal, and excellent in design. SOLUTION: This ring is constituted of a first ring member 1 and a second ring member 2 made of metal plate members. A cross-sectional shape of a radial annular part of each of the ring members 1 and 2 is substantially circular-arc shaped. Recessed surfaces of each ring member 1 and 2 are overlapped to face each other. An inner peripheral edge part 1a and an outer peripheral edge part 1b of the first ring member 1 projected from the second ring member 2 are integrated by being folded to abut on the second ring member 2.
