<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which has high mar resistance, can form a recorded image having high image quality with good fixing without bleeding, strike through, color mixing and the like, and excels in discharge stability and storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: In the inkjet system ink comprising at least water, a pigment, and an organic solvent, the organic solvent containing a 1,2-alkanediol, the above pigment is of a self-dispersion type which particularly does not require a dispersing agent, and furthermore the above ink contains a resin emulsion having a polyester structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
