FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of vitamin additives prepared from vegetable raw material. Composition comprises vegetable raw material and vegetable oil, the former being, in particular, tomato presscake containing tomato seeds, milk-wax-ripeness walnut with pericarps, and walnut leaves. Vegetable raw material is used in the state obtained by grinding and drying at temperature no higher than 40 C to moisture content no higher than 8%. Vegetable oil is 1:2 mixture of mustard and pumpkin oils. Components of food composition are taken at specified proportion. Composition may be used as immunostimulating agent and antioxidant. EFFECT: enlarged assortment of additives possessing high biological activity. 5 tbl |
