PURPOSE: A tilt adjusting device of a rear seat for a vehicle is provided to improve comfortableness by adjusting tilt of the backrest of the rear seat corresponding to the purpose of the passenger with turning a tilt adjusting screw. CONSTITUTION: A rear seat(10) is hinge-connected to a backrest(15) in a vehicle, and a U-shaped bracket(20) is embedded in the vehicle body contacted to the rear part of the backrest. Both lower sides of an inverse T-shaped internal thread part(25) are turned and fastened to the inner wall of the bracket. A tilt adjusting screw(30) is attached to the back of the rear seat and turned around an axis, and engaged with the internal thread part. A grip(35) is hinge-connected to the upper part of the tilt adjusting screw, and placed in the lower part of the rear seat with folding. A cylindrical thread is formed inside the protruded part formed in the center of the internal thread part, and the internal thread part is not exposed by turning the protruded part downward in completely folding the rear seat.
