PURPOSE: Provided is an electric heating PCM(Phase Change Material) pack, which has excellent heat storage effect and temperature-keeping effect without using any external heater, thereby reducing energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: The PCM pack is formed by hot melting the edges at both lateral sides(102,104) of the pack, and filling a phase change material, which emits heats with maintaining its phase change temperature by the limit time, into the inner space of the pack. The PCM pack comprises: heating wires(108) arranged in a zig-zag pattern, the outer circumferential surface of which is surrounded with an insulating coating, and which emits heats by the heat-emitting action of electric current; a bi-metal device(110) connected to the heat wires for detecting the temperature of heat wires(108) and automatically interrupting electric current when the heat wires are over-heated, wherein the heat wires(108) and the bi-metal device(110) are fixed to a circuit board(112) and inserted into the center of the pack; and an electric power supply.
