ADVANCED CELL-TRANSDUCING TRANSPORT DOMAIN-TARGET PROTEIN-TRANSPORT DOMAIN FUSION PROTEIN AND THE USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Advanced cell-transducing transport domain-target protein-transport domain fusion protein and the use thereof are provided, thereby improving transport efficiency of functional proteins or peptides into the cells. CONSTITUTION: Advanced cell-transducing transport domain-target protein-transport domain fusion protein consists of 6 to 12 amino acid residues, and has the transport domain containing three fourths or more of arginine or lysine residues which are covalently bound to the amino and carboxyl groups, wherein the transport domain consists of 9 amino acid residues; the transport domain is any one selected from HIV tat 49-57 residues, oligolysine, oligoarginine or oligo(lysine, arginine); and the target protein is Cu, Zn-superoxide dismutase(SOD). A cosmetic composition comprises the cell-transducing transport domain-target protein-transport domain fusion protein.
