PURPOSE: A melting device is provided to recycle various wastes without pollution by melting and crushing inorganic waste completely and burning organic waste partially. CONSTITUTION: A melting furnace(110) includes a discharge port(114), a high-temperature heating space(111), a light melted-material space(112), and a heavy melted-material space(113). An oxygen burner(120) is disposed at the high-temperature heating space, and burns incombustible inorganic waste completely. A crucible furnace(140) is installed in the melting furnace, and contains the light melted-material space and the heavy melted-material space. An automatic separation/discharge unit(150,160) is communicated with the discharge port, and automatically separates/discharges light melted-materials and heavy melted-materials. An auxiliary heating unit(170) heats the crucible furnace so that the melted-materials in the crucible furnace are not coagulated. A water crushing tank(180) quickly cools and crushes the melted-materials discharged from the automatic separation/discharge unit.
