PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple blind control system and a control method which do not expose cords or require control members such as control cords and adjusting bars exposed to the outside and are obtained at low costs. SOLUTION: The control system 20 comprises an interlocking device 21 and an operating device 25. The interlocking device 21 does not have a motive power source and comprises an input member 22 and an actuating part 23. The input member 22 comprises a receiving part 24. The actuating part 23 is directly or indirectly interlocked with a movable screen 12 of a blind 10 and correspondingly rotated associated with the rotational movement of the input member 22. When the actuating part 23 is rotated, the movable screen 12 is correspondingly moved to change the shielded state of a window. This operating system is considered as constituted of a driven movable unit, a main movable unit, and a medium unit. A user inputs motive power to the driven movable unit of a blind head rail via a medium unit by the main movable unit as necessary and actuates the driven movable unit to move the movable screen of the blind.
