PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a hands-free interphone button wherein a speech button can be inserted to an upper case from a horizontal direction even when the speech button and a switch on a board are widely apart and the switch can surely be operated even when the speech button is upsized. SOLUTION: The hands-free interphone button is provided with: a switch 4 for making a speech mounted on a board 3 inserted between an upper case 1 and a lower case 2; an elastic piece 5 provided to the upper case and freely bent toward the inside of the upper case; an operating rod 6 connected to the elastic piece to activate the switch; and the speech button 7 locked to the upper case and pressing the operating lever via the elastic piece when being operated, the elastic piece comprises a pair of support base pieces 17a, 17b fixed to the upper case and a bridge piece 18 bridging over a pair of the support base chips, and the speech button is provided with a plurality of pressing projections 8a, 8b placed at positions corresponding to ends 18a, 18b of the bridge piece of elastic piece and for elastically deforming the elastic piece to depress the operating lever.
