<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of troubles caused by mixing of assist gas in a laser beam oscillator or temperature rise of the laser beam oscillator due to return beams. <P>SOLUTION: An air purge to feed air to an internal space 13 is provided on a laser beam oscillator 1 of a laser beam machine in order to prevent the assist gas from entering the internal space 13 from an output mirror 5 of the laser beam oscillator 1 to a laser beam outlet 1A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
