PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water type radiation room heater with a fan for restraining an overshoot and undershoot. SOLUTION: This hot water type radiation room heater with a fan includes: an opening and closing valve 11 as a hot water control valve for controlling the supply of hot water from a heat source machine; a first heat exchanger 5 disposed on the back of heat radiation plates 4 connected to the opening and closing valve 11 to form the front of the heater body; a second heat exchanger 8 having one end connected to the first heat exchanger and the other end connected to the heat source machine; and a blower 9 for blowing off the air sucked from an air inlet 2 and heat-exchanged by the second heat exchanger 8 to cause a temperature rise from a hot air outlet 3. The heater is provided with a room temperature sensor 13 for detecting the room temperature, a setting device for setting a preset temperature by a user; and a control device 30 for directing a hot water temperature to the heat source machine according to a difference between the preset temperature set by the setting device and the detected temperature of the room temperature detecting sensor 13 and controlling the gas quantity of the blower 9 and the on-off period of the opening and closing valve 11.
