PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which eliminates manpower required for supervising an act of changing preset value of winning rate fraudulently, by which the fraudulent act is surely found out and detected and the fraudulent act itself is restrained, and a game hall control system which effectively deals with the fraudulent act by utilizing the operation of the slot machine. SOLUTION: A CPU 21 of the slot machine sends a signal to output alarm sound to a sub-control portion 30 for controlling sound when a step setting switch 101 is turned on to be switched into a setting mode for changing the preset value of the winning rate. The sub-control portion 30 received the signal controls an alarm sound output portion 40 to output the alarm sound from a speaker 12.
