PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid transport device characterized by ease in attaining a high density as well as a high-level durability. SOLUTION: The liquid transport device comprises a foaming chamber 8, equipped with a heating body 1 designed to generate bubbles for transporting liquid, the first channel for leading the liquid to the foaming chamber 8, the second channel for discharging the liquid out of the foaming chamber 8, and elements 3 and 4, located at least one of the first and second channels to control the flowing direction of the liquid so that it will be easy to flow in one direction and difficult to flow in the other direction. In this device, the first and second channels are situated in the location where the liquid flowing-in direction and the liquid flowing-out direction are bending from each other.
