摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a case for electromagnetic cooking to reduce its manufacturing cost and efficiently carry out the supply and drainage of makeup water for the case. <P>SOLUTION: A water absorbing sheet 6 is sealed in a sheet body 7 and is arranged on the interior of a lid 3 to simplify the structure of the case. When makeup water is supplied to the water absorbing sheet 6 or excess water is drained from it, the lid 3 is held on its outside to be turned upward or downward. A drainage hole 8 is formed on the surface of sheet body 7, which is made of a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric, so that most of the excess water is smoothly drained from the drainage hole 8 without any resistance while part of the excess water soaks out of the surface of the sheet body 7. Meanwhile, most of steam coming out from the water absorbing sheet 6 is discharged through the drainage hole 8 drilled in almost the center of the sheet body 7 toward around the center of a broiled eel 5 as part of the steam passes through the surface of the sheet body 7, thereby the central part of the eel is heated effectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
