PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner where connection terminals are easily connected when connecting an upper case to a lower case. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner is provided with: a lower case 20; an upper case 50 connected on the lower case 20 in an attachable and detachable manner; a handle 90 provided on the upper surface of the upper case 50; an electric part (electric blower 80) provided at either of the lower case 20 and the upper case 50; a power source part (battery 25) provided in the other case and supplying power to the electric part; a first connection terminal (power source terminal 72) provided at the lower case 20; a second connection terminal (connection terminal 74) which is provided at an upper case 50 and which is connected to the first connection terminal when connecting the upper case 50 to the lower case 20. When first and second connection terminals are connected with each other, power from the power source part can be supplied to the electrical part.
