PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust output impedance of each output buffer with the same accuracy, by controlling output impedance to a prescribed level with respect to production variations in package component members. SOLUTION: A detecting circuit 3 detects output impedance of a monitoring output buffer 2 including impedance of a pattern wiring 8c, which has a mean wiring length of those of pattern wirings 8a and 8b on a package board 12. A control signal generating circuit 4 controls output impedance of output buffers 1a and 1b and the monitoring output buffer 2 to prescribed impedance on the basis of the output impedance detected by the detecting circuit 3.
