An autostereoscopic imaging method in which each stereo image is comprised of a left image received from a left camera, and a synchronously received right image received from a right camera, and in which the left and right images are digitalized into image data which is then made visible. In turn, the image data of each image point of the left image is compared with an image data of image point located in the same row and column and the image points of the right image and the image point differing from the left image are stored and the image data of the left image and only the deviating (differing) image data of the right image are made visible.
