PURPOSE: A construction waste crushing apparatus on which flying dust removing sprayers are mounted is provided in which sprayers inject water and compressed air onto aggregate inflow and crushing regions to remove flying dust generated when crushing waste concrete in construction waste into aggregate. CONSTITUTION: The construction waste crushing apparatus(100) on which flying dust removing sprayers are mounted comprises a sorting and dropping part(20) to which a plural bar steels are fixed in a row along an axial line direction with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance so that aggregate to be crushed is sorted and naturally dropped; a conveyor(30) which is installed along an axial line direction on a lower part of the sorting and dropping part(20), and in which other side of the conveyor(30) is installed upward compared to one side of the conveyor(30) to transfer the aggregate freely dropped between the respective bar steels of the sorting and dropping part(20); a frame(40) laterally fixed to an upper part of the sorting and dropping part(20) at the other side of crusher(10); and sprayers(50) comprising container on an upper part of which water injection port and air injection port are integrally projected upward along an axial line direction so that water injection hose and air injection hose are connected to the water injection port and air injection port, and from a lower part of which an outlet having a relatively small inner diameter is extended to a lower side, and a nozzle inserted into the outlet correspondingly to a formation direction of the outlet, wherein the sprayers(50) are installed on the frame(40) to spray high pressure water onto a crushing region by the crusher(10).
