PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image providing system for enabling a user to acquire necessary information while reducing the processing load of a server. SOLUTION: In this image providing system, a plurality of image receivers are set at predetermined places, and images received from them are edited as the predetermined number of still images per one place, and a server is made to store each of the groups of the edited still images as a still image pack, and upon receipt of a request signal transmitted from terminal equipment the server is made to display the still images in a predetermined timing at a display part provided in the terminal equipment.
