<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a service provider such as a taxi travelling in a region for the purpose of service provision, a road disabled car repair service contractor and a distributor who takes a form of street store sale and a user who desires use of the service contact each other in the shortest time. <P>SOLUTION: The service provider and the user have mobile communication equipment having a positional information receiving/transmitting function and a site which mediates both of them acquires positional information from a carrier.
