<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric field sensor in which gain variations due to temperature variations are reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric field sensor is provided with an antenna 51; an amplifier 52 connected to the antenna 51; a photoelectric conversion element 53 and an optical modulator 54 each connected to the amplifier 52; a first light source 55; a first optical fiber 58a connecting the first light source 55 to the photoelectric conversion element 53; a second optical fiber 59 connecting a second light source 56 to the optical modulator 54; and a third optical fiber connecting the optical modulator 54 to a light receiver 57. The gain temperature characteristics of the amplifier 52 is provided with characteristics opposite to those of the optical modulator 54 to reduce gain variations due to temperature variations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
