PURPOSE: A method for forming an automatic spam mail classifying dictionary is provided to discriminate whether a received mail is a spam mail or not through the information by parsing the mail received to a mail client of a user. CONSTITUTION: A system connects to a user mail system through a connecting/transmitting part and checks the mail through a checking part(S102). In case that the received mail is existed, the connecting/transmitting part receives the classification information of the received mail from a user terminal(S104). As a parsing part parses a morpheme of words in the received mail by using a parsing module and registers it to a registry, the first spam mail dictionary or the first non-spam mail dictionary is formed(S106).
