摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new kind of substrate capable of simply and regularly grafting an organic molecule, an organometallic molecule or an inorganic molecule in a monolayer over a wide surface area.

SOLUTION: In the substrate conformed to chemical grafting of the monolayer of regulated molecules, the monolayer consists of a crystal, the lattice of the crystal has hydroxy groups and the crystal can be cloven so that the hydroxy groups are reflected to a cloven face and belongs to a group having topaz and diaspore.
