PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an information communication possible while sufficiently taking into account security management by utilizing a specific number for a mobile terminal which does not require ID information on a user and can not be operated by the user. SOLUTION: A first mobile telephone set 1 performs an operation for transmitting information so that a communication management server 10 is accessed by using a subaddress and the specific number of the present terminal is transmitted. With respect to the access using the subaddress from the first mobile telephone set 1, the communication management server 10 confirms the specific number of the first mobile telephone set 1, extracts an specific number of a second mobile telephone set 2 which shares a subaddress with the confirmed specific number from a database and transmits the specific number of the first mobile telephone set 1 to the extracted specific number of the second mobile telephone set 2.
