PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor for regulating air blow-off with a simple structure for excellently changing the air direction in a wide angular range by improving the air directivity when regulating a rear movable louver. SOLUTION: Auxiliary fins 5 and 7 are turnably and pivotably supported by a terminating part on the upstream side of vertical end part fins 41t of a rear movable louver 4 via a connection part with rotary shafts 51 and 71 parallel to a rotary shaft 42 of the vertical end part fins 41t as supporting points. Cam parts 52 and 72 are provided on the rotary shafts 51 and 71 of the auxiliary fins 5 and 7, and fixed shafts 22 and 24 protruded from inner surfaces of retainers are engaged with the cam parts 52 and 72. When the vertical end part fins 41t are directed to an end part side of an air passage 21, the direction of the auxiliary fins 5 and 7 is changed so as to close the passage adjacent to the vertical end part fins 41t. When the vertical end part fins 41t are directed to a counter-end part side, the direction of the auxiliary fins 5 and 7 is set to be the same as that of the vertical end part fins 41t.
