PURPOSE: A structure of a cylinder for re-circulation of blow-by gas is provided to re-circulate and burn blow-by gas generated in a crank case of an engine cylinder, and to prevent freezing of a re-circulation path of gas due to low temperature outside air by forming the re-circulation path in a cylinder head. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a crank case(10) having a first channel(12) formed therein to supply blow-by gas discharged from a cylinder(14) to a cylinder head(20); the cylinder head having a second channel(22) formed therein and connected with the first channel to supply blow-by gas to a cylinder head cover(30), and a third channel(24) formed therein to supply blow-by gas having passed the cylinder head cover to an air inlet(26a); and the cylinder head cover having a filter(34) installed thereto to filter off moisture or oil contained in blow-by gas supplied through the second channel, a PCV(Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve(36) installed thereto, and a fourth channel(32) formed therein to supply blow-by gas having passed the filter and the PCV valve to the third channel.
