<p>A wrapping material dispenser assembly (11), comprise a wrapping material dispenser roll mount (19) pivotable between a first functional position (A) to dispense material from a dispenser roll (13) and a second access position (C) to provide access to the dispenser roll (13). A brake assembly having a brake member (33,34,35) is arranged to brake the dispenser roll (13) when the mount (19) is in the first functional position (A). A ramp-shaped lifting member (25) is arranged to lift the brake member (33,34,35) from the dispenser roll (13) when the mount (19) is pivoted from the first position (A) to the second position (C). The mount (19) includes a pivot member (23) arranged to pivot from the first (A) to the second (C) positions, and a shaft attached at one end to the pivot plate.
