PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarming device for a crane to regulate unnecessary alarms from a hook overwinding alarming device to detect that a hook block 7 of a crane is lifted to a lifting upper limit position S to effect alarming and a floating alarming device to alarm by detecting floating of either one of right and left outrigger devices 1b and 1a. SOLUTION: The alarming device for a crane is constituted that an outrigger non-installation state detecting means to detect that right and left outrigger devices 1b and 1a are both brought into a non-installation state is provided and a hook overwinding alarm is regulated when the detecting means is operated, and a hook non-work position detecting means is provided to detect lifting of the hook block 7 to a lifting upper limit position approaching a telescopic boom forward end part 4d, and a floating alarm is regulated when the detecting means is operated.
