METHOD FOR CHELATING SILVER TO CHITOSAN OLIGOSACCHARIDE FOR PRODUCTION OF FUNCTIONAL AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

PURPOSE: A method for chelating silver to chitosan oligosaccharide for the production of functional agricultural products is provided, to apply the silver-chelated chitosan oligosaccharide to organic farming. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of massively producing a chitosanase; treating chitosan dissolved in an organic acid with an enzyme to prepare a chitosan oligosaccharide; and dissolving AgNO3 in deionized water by the concentration of 100 mg/L and adding the AgNO3 solution to the chitosan oligosaccharide to chelate silver to chitosan oligosaccharide. The silver chelating to chitosan oligosaccharide is performed by adding the chitosan oligosaccharide with a pH of 4-7 or the chitosan oligosaccharide of a temperature of 50-70 deg.C to the AgNO3 solution or adding the chitosan oligosaccharide to the AgNO3 solution and stirring the mixture at a room temperature.
