PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply AC power while controlling the AC voltage to be supplied to a load without instantaneously breaking the supply of power to the load and causing noise, efficiently in small and light constitution. SOLUTION: A voltage comparator 1 generates a voltage control signal by comparying input AC voltage taken in from the input terminals T<SB>i1</SB>and T<SB>i2</SB>with specified reference voltage.
