PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring about a further high molding accuracy and to realize shortening of a vulcanizing time. SOLUTION: A method for vulcanizing and molding a tire comprises the steps of: heating the interior of an inner mold having a rubber material arranged on a peripheral surface under pressure from before starting the vulcanizing and molding to after the vulcanizing and molding in order to vulcanize and mold the rubber material arranged on the inner mold in a cavity partitioned by the inner mold of a rigid material for specifying the inner surface of the tire and an outer mold for specifying the outer surface of the tire.
