PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip recovering device in a continuously-supplied water cutting off device which surely and easily takes out the chips without mixing the chip in a fluid conduit even when the direction of the water flow is changed by the change of a part of demand. SOLUTION: In the chip recovering devices 10a, 10b in the continuously- supplied water cutting off device for cutting off the water in a state of continuous water supply state by covering a fluid conduit 1 by a sealing housing 4, the chip recovering devices 10a, 10b are respectively composed of mesh parts 26a, 26b having softness, and operating parts for moving the mesh parts 26a, 26b between a sealing chamber outside of an opening and the inside of the fluid conduit in the opening through the opening formed on a peripheral wall of the fluid conduit 1, and are mounted at two parts, that is, the upstream and downstream parts of a cutting off part of the fluid conduit 1.
