PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet in which foreign matters such as dust particles and microbes are hard to accumulate in a groove, and can be readily removed. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet comprises a base sheet 3 and a decorative material 8 bonded to one side of the base sheet 3, in which a groove 12 is formed from the surface of the decorative material 8 to the base sheet 3. The wall face of the groove 12 has a curved face 14 formed from the surface of the decorative material 8 to the base sheet side and a flat face 16 extending from the curved face 14 to the bottom of the groove 12. The curved face 14 is formed so as to be protruded outward, while the flat face 16 is formed having the angle of 45°made relative to the vertical plane 20. The groove 12 is formed by cutting machining a V-shaped groove and pressing the opening side of the V-shaped groove with a rotating roll to form the curved face 14. Furthermore, the surface of the decorative material 8 and the curved face 14 and the flat face 16 of the groove is applied with coating. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
