PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin material that satisfies impact resistance and heat resistance as well as a high level of weatherability at the same time. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises a maleimide copolymer (A) from 1-98 mass% of an N-substituted maleimide, 1-14 mass% of an aromatic vinyl compound, 1-98 mass% of a (meth)acrylate and 0-50 mass% of another copolymerizable monomer, a composite rubber made from a conjugated diene rubbery polymer and an acrylate rubbery polymer, and a graft copolymer (B) composed of a copolymer from an unsaturated cyano compound and an aromatic vinyl compound.
