摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow quantification method which requires less amount of calculation and enables acquisition of a highly accurate flow value reflecting actual behaviors of a flow (regional blood flow) more accurately. SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus is equipped with storage means (6, 10 and 11) which obtain and store corresponding information (a conversion formula or a table) between a concentration of a tracer of water as a tracer and the flow as a regional blood flow obtained based on a model called a two-compartment model and flow means (6, 10 and 11) which quantify the flow of the regional blood flow in an imaging region by comparing an ASLR image value based on the image data obtained by arterial spin labeling imaging with the corresponding information.
