PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounted component which is composed of a printed board and components that are mounted on the board and improved in reliability, by protecting the main electronic components out of the components against a shock from the outside, and to provide an electronic apparatus mounted with the mounted component inside. SOLUTION: The mounted component 1 is composed of the printed board 10 and a plurality of the electronic components mounted on the surface of the printed board 10, and dummy chip components 13 are mounted around the memories 11 that are to be protected against damage when dropped. The dimension (b) of the dummy chip component 13 is set larger than the that (a) of the electronic component to be protected but smaller than that (c) of the highest electronic component not to be protected.
